The Pro version adds collaboration to the personal digital notebook officers already know. Multiple officers can work on the same incident registration simultaneously, each logging their own activities and findings, adding images and text on location or later. Groups are created for an incident or operation and can be dissolved when the job is done. New co-workers can easily be added to an incident.
Notes are built from reusable components: location, persons, vehicles and other standard building blocks that carry across incident registrations. Reports are generated directly from the data entered.
Data stays encrypted on the device and does not leave it without the officer’s consent.
