UK Online Safety Act CSEA reporting obligation takes effect for user-to-user platforms

The UK National Crime Agency confirmed that the Online Safety Act requirement for in-scope user-to-user providers to report detected child sexual exploitation and abuse content to the NCA came into effect on 7 April under the 2026 regulations.
