The Metropolitan Police announced establishment of a Dynamic Market under section 35 of the Procurement Act 2023 to accelerate technology and data product delivery to frontline officers. The market covers cyber security products and services, data intelligence/intel scanning, and graph-based data analytics alongside the MPS Enterprise Data Platform. The deadline for requests to participate is 16 October 2025. This initiative supports the Commissioner’s ‘Precise Policing’ transformative change programme and the Digital Data and Technology strategy. The Metropolitan Police conducted preliminary market engagement via Tech UK on 7 August 2025.
