Seattle-based public safety drone maker BRINC announced $75 million in new funding led by Index Ventures with significant participation from Motorola Solutions. The strategic alliance enables Motorola to become a distributor of BRINC products and integrates BRINC drones with Motorola radios for automated dispatch from citywide 911 response drone networks. Total funding reaches $157.2 million.
